  • Set the Relaxing Ambiance

  • Soak Your Feet in Warm Water
    Begin by soaking your feet in warm water mixed with salt or herbs like peppermint. This warm soak soothes muscles and improves blood circulation. Soak for about 10–15 minutes and then dry off, getting ready for the next step.

  • Exfoliate Your Body
